Greencore® plastic film and bag products are made with recycled resin blends containing up to 70% post-consumer recycled plastic. Thanks to our advanced multi-layer manufacturing process, quality and durability are guaranteed.
GreenPE® Resins
GreenPE® LDPE and HDPE resins are produced by Petoskey Plastics in Hartford City, Indiana. Each unique resin contains a proprietary blend of
post-consumer (PCR) or post-industrial (PIR) recycled material. All are made from plastic that has been recycled following its original intended use.
Petoskey Plastics® offers six different GreenPE® recycled polyethylene resins, four of which are third-party certified for different percentages of post-consumer and pre-consumer recycled polyethylene content.
The central location of Hartford City enables us to serve major U.S. markets with recycling services and shipment of GreenPE® resin to all our production facilities.

Sustainability Scorecard Program
Petoskey Plastics is committed to sustainable materials management.
Our commitment to a sustainable environment includes creating sustainable products, using recycled plastic as the feedstock, and reducing the carbon footprint.
To demonstrate commitment to sustainability and provide evidence of this accomplishment, we contracted a third party to complete a Life Cycle Assessment of our recycled resin and the use of the resin in plastic films.

Pounds of Recycled Plastic Used
The total amount of recycled content used in your products and the final percentage of recycled material in the pounds shipped.
CO2e Savings
We share the CO2e savings equivalent based on the recycled content your company used.
Water Savings
We provide the equivalent amount of H2O not used in making the products.
Emissions Reduction
Equivalents such as miles not driven by a car or barrels of oil not consumed help individuals visualize the impact of recycled material.
